Amos is a proud Kiwi Niuean and is always looking to develop his own skill sets and that of others around him. He holds a Bachelor of Business and is a CPA Qualified accountant. He has extensive financial knowledge and experience leading teams in large multinational companies as well as working as an accountant in the UK. Amos attended the 2018 Euro Cucina Design Expo in Milan and 2015 Canton Manufacturers Expo keeping up to date with the latest in design and manufacturing. Amos wears many hats in Moda including day to day operations, governance and strategy… making cups of coffee and putting stock away.

Being in love with challenges and diversity his whole life, Leo joined Moda in 2015 to pursuit his dream to have a good run as an entrepreneur. It may not have worked out up to his ultimate goal yet, but he believes that he has become a better man through his efforts, failures and successes. His academic background of Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in IT has granted him the ability to grasp new industrial skills like creating customized cabinets and enhancing cabinets library in our CAD software, improving machine functionality and manufacturing operations and introducing new installation methods. Thanks to his 10 years’ work experience in different corporates, he has a solid understanding of how to apply the principles of process driven structure and healthy business culture to achieve business success. Along with his involvement in the daily operation, Leo has been focusing on Moda’s commercial sales growth and other aspects of business development in terms of product diversity and business sustainability. His core business belief is “Stay Ahead of The Curve and Keep Challenging Yourself.”

Rebecca is the Sales and Marketing Director. Her and Amos relocated their family up north to be closer to family and allow their kids to grow up in a similar way she did with school holidays on a farm near Kaiiwi Lakes. Which lead them to opening up a Northland showroom where she now works from. Rebecca has completed renovations of a bungalow and villa in Auckland and recently completed building a coastal home for her family at Langs Beach. Rebecca’s clients love working with her during the design process and her follow up visits to their homes after installation. She loves adventures with her 3 young children such as travelling around the world, camping and fishing. Baking with the kids in the kitchen is also a favourite past time which makes her aware of designing functional kitchens for busy families. Rebecca is currently completing a Diploma in Kitchen Design and attends many industry events so is up to date with the latest materials and designs.

Maggie is our fairy god mother office manager. She works extremely hard scheduling our installers to jobs, communicating with clients at the time of installs and payments and is always here to respond quickly to any after sales emails. Maggie has two beautiful children who keep her busy after school hours.

Byron has been part of Moda for 12 years. In this time he has been involved in multiple roles from manufacturing to delivery and installation. Byron now uses this knowledge and experience to provide a strong link between the design team and manufacturing team.

Michelle hails from Malaysia, growing up with multi-lingual skills. She always puts on a smile no matter the occasion and is often heard giggling in the office. Michelle has always drooled over homes with beautiful interior designs. She holds a Degree in Business Management, however, joined the kitchen cabinetry industry over six years ago. Michelle initially started as a designer for Moda Interiors but has now moved into the production team where jobs are checked and prepared for manufacturing in our factory. She is a foodie and often explores new eateries with friends and family. In her free time, Michelle also designs terrariums, enjoys travelling and water colour painting.

Chloe manages the Sales and Design team. She believes a great kitchen can make all the difference to a house, and is a big part of really making a house a home. Chloe got into design because she loves to create functional art. She holds a Diploma of Interior Design and has a background in hospitality which influences her when designing industrial look kitchens. Chloe's clients love dealing with her “Chloe was extremely efficient and so lovely to deal with”. She moved to Auckland at the beginning of 2018 from Christchurch where she grew up and designed kitchens as well. Chloe and her husband moved up to Northland early 2022 and she is now working from the new Marsden Cove showroom.
Chloe is enjoying the slower pace of life, the walks along the beach before work and learning to surf.

Tayla has graduated with a diploma in Interior Design and become a part of the Moda team. She has a background in stone bench tops, where after 2 years Tayla wanted to delve deeper into the creative side of things and design kitchens. She thrives to design spaces that customers will enjoy entertaining and spending time in for years to come, spaces that have a positive effect on the way they live. Tayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time, and working on small interior or crafty projects to keep her creative flair rolling.

Sam's dream is to design your dream kitchen. He is a young dad and if you meet him, you will find out that he is a person full of PASSION and LOVE. Sam has spent two years studying graphic design and five years working in the kitchen design industry. He has a strong eye to detail and intricate colour matching. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing & cooking.

Tanesha has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Design in Spatial Design at Auckland University of Technology. She joined the Moda team late 2021, and is loving creating spaces that strengthens the bond people have with place and home, and enhancing the memories that are tied with them. She believes that kitchens are one of many that play a vital role in building these connections and has positively experienced this herself. She enjoys spending time and making memories with her family and friends, and tries to stay creative wherever possible!

Jeff is an NKBA trained kitchen designer. He is a natural born DIY enthusiast and is equally at home behind the design screen or on the tools. This gives Jeff a good mix of technical and creative skills. He loves taking clients systematically through the project making the whole process easy from start to finish. There are so many choices, so many options. Listening to clients is key and clients should get the kitchen they want, however, Jeff will always advise on the pros and cons of each choice so that you are empowered to make good decisions. No project too small or too big.

Living and traveling around Europe for 12years has opened my eyes to different cultures, their cuisine and having to live with different kitchens to suit each countries lifestyle and the way they prepare and cook food. I love design. I know the importance a beautiful yet functional kitchen can make in your home. As a mother of 6 kids, our kitchen is definitely the heart of our home, it is where we gather as a family every night, it is where we gather with friends, where we share a meal together and create wonderful memories.

David graduated with a Diploma in Graphic Design in 2016. He is an experienced designer who extremely enjoys working in different aspects of design. After graduation, he coincidentally came across Kitchen Design which immediately sparked his interest and passion. In 2021, David joined our Moda Kitchens family to pursue his passion towards Kitchen Design, and is always ready to accept new challenges! He has recently moved into the commercial team as enjoying the collaboration between Moda and the construction companies. In David’s spare time, he loves playing badminton and socializing with friends.

Andy completed his Bachelor in Spatial Design at Auckland University Technology. He has extensive experience working on residential and commercial interior projects in New Zealand. He is a skilled designer and one of his passions is the challenge of the composition in his designs with management. He has developed different approaches to design through his years of architectural sculpture, nature, and lifestyle. These are key helping him in his designs along with his technical approach which allows him to focus on beautiful form and aesthetics.

Sam is a very skilled cabinet maker with experience in all areas of residential, commercial and shop fitting. He entered the industry in Fiji for 4 years and following that has had 14 years in New Zealand. Sam has a high standard of installation ensuring all jobs are executed with precision. Sam participates in many sports and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.

Tracy graduated with a master's degree in marketing in 2020. She used to work as a kitchen designer in this industry however, she discovered her interest in communication. Therefore, she joined the Moda team as the communication coordinator. She works extremely hard communicating with clients at the time of installs and is always here to respond to any after-sales emails.
